4. Repeat these steps for two weeks

Repetition is key. According to most studies, it takes on average two weeks to set our internal clock. If the desired results are not achieved within the two weeks, then repeat for an additional two weeks.

1. Pick a time to fall asleep and wake up every day

If you already have a schedule, set your bedtime 7-8 hours from the time you need to wake up. Make sure to get in bed at least 30 minutes prior to the set time***

2. Turn off your lights and screens

Lights & screens prevent your body from naturally producing its own Melatonin. So turn off that screen and put down the phone. If you prefer some light, then consider a night-light that can be placed in an area where direct eye contact can be avoided.

3. Get in bed and take your MelaNow
